Exchanges and returns

If you are not happy with the product, you can exchange or return it within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

A return shipment must have a track and trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we have received the items you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 30 days.
